1. First you have to understand the monthly chart of the stock what exactly the monthly stock is doing if on a monthly chart the stock is moving continuously upwards or moving sideways or going downwards and that is how you get to understand the basic nature of the stock. We have seen many investors and traders who do not look at monthly charts even once and simply trade using the daily charts which is one major reason why this fail because the real strength of a stock can be judged only through its monthly Momentum and that is the real way to check if a stock is actually going up from past so many years and then only we will take a trade in a lower time frame.

2. Now once you have understood how to read the monthly chart then comes important step of applying this strategy you should have a stock market strategy such that it lets you enter into a high Momentum stock at the lower levels so that you can take the next Big trade. As a stock market trader your job is to buy cheap and sell costly so if you already buying it costly then it becomes very difficult for you to make profits. We personally also only trade in high Momentum stocks that are going in the upward direction from last so many years and then comes applying this strategy where we would like to buy a very good stock at lower prices so that we can expect the next Bull run and that stock will give a good profits.

3. After applying this strategy next thing that comes is using position sizing and risk management position sizing basically tells you if you are selected the momentum stock and once you have your strategy in place then you need to decide how much quantity you should trade. It cannot be like this that you can take trade in super high quantity because nothing is fixed in stock market everything works on Probability and not certainty. So that is a very important rule that once you have Momentum stock and you have a strategy in place you should take quantity according to your own portfolio size and Pocket you should know how many lots in future you have to take or how many Lords you have to buy or sell in options so that your loss is always in your control.

4. Last but not the least another very important aspect of stock market is hedging which is also known as taking insurance in a common man's language. Many times we have seen that people who are treating even from so many years that do not have even basic having knowledge and that is why they are always in problem because they do not know how to take insurance while they are trading if we give a basic introduction of hedging technique then inhaling we tried to go long and short Hindi same trade so that whenever we are right we will be rewarded with the trend of long and whenever we are wrong we will be rewarded with the trade off short.
